At Promomento, we're happy to provide samples to qualified buyers who purchase on behalf of businesses, schools, and other professional and non-profit organizations. Samples can only be shipped to a commercial address. For samples we cannot ship to a residential address or PO box. See our Sample Policy page for more information on ordering samples.
We ship within the continental US. We can make special shipping arrangements for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We can also ship some of our products to Canada, depending on export and trademark limitations. If you would like to ship to an APO/FPO address, please visit apobox.com to create a shipping account. Apobox(tm) is a private company that forwards our UPS/Fedex packages to military APO/FPO addresses overseas via the US Post Office.

After you approve your proof, we will provide you with the estimated ship date and arrival date for your order. Like most online vendors, we ship our orders FOB, which means ownership of the order becomes yours from the point of shipment. We are not responsible for package carrier's performance, although we can assist you with filing a claim for lost packages if the packages were shipped on our or our vendors' shipper account. Fedex Ground and UPS Ground do not pick up or delivery orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. Days that carriers are not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping dates. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems or order changes made after you placed your order.

The quantities listed on our product pages represent different price break points. For most products, you can order any quantity you like, as long as you order at least the Minimum Order Quantity stated on the product page. Prices are listed per unit. Products sold by the case are only available in case quantities.
We do our best to keep our prices and Minimum Order Quantities synchronized with those of our vendors. Occasionally there may be a delay between a vendor price or Minimum Order Quantity adjustment and the update to our website. We will notify you before we finalize your order if a Price or Minimum Order Quantity has changed. We make every attempt to honor the prices and quantities listed on our website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We will also consider your request to accept a check, purchase order, or to extend credit for your purchase, for Commercial accounts only. When credit is extended for Commercial accounts, payment is due within 30 days of shipment of goods. We reserve the right to charge 1.5% monthly service fee (18% per annum) on overdue accounts. A deposit may be required if Commercial credit is extended. You agree to reimburse us for debt recovery charges.
If your credit card is declined or if the billing address you provide does not match the billing address on file with your credit card, we will notify you. Any order with a declined credit card or a no-match on the billing address with be canceled after 7 days if you do not provide us with revised information. Before the 7-day mark, your order may be put on hold until we received credit card authorization.
Sales tax of 6.35% will be added to all orders shipped or delivered to a Connecticut address. For certain products, we may also need to collect sales tax if we ship your order to California, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, or Texas. Sales tax for these states may not appear in your shopping cart. We will notify you of all applicable sales taxes when we begin processing your order.
We periodically post sales and special offers on our website and in our newsletter. If we do not provide an expiration date along with the posting, then we reserve the right to end the sale at any time at our discretion.
If you are uncertain about any aspect of your order, please let us help you address it before your order is placed. Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any changes. If any customization or imprinting has begun, it is typically not possible to change your order. Orders canceled before proof approval are subject to a cancellation charge of $50 or more. Orders canceled after proof approval are subject to all order and production charges incurred to date.
If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return items. If you do not contact our Customer Service Department in advance of returning an item, we may not be able to accept your return or issue a refund. We guarantee that our products will be imprinted as represented on the proof we provide to you. If we make an error in imprinting, we will replace the affected items. We must be notified of any errors within 3 business days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns due to artwork or imprinting differences beyond the scope of the proof we provide. Due to the nature of manufacturing processes, there may be slight variations in color, dimensions, and function of the same product within an order. We cannot accept returns due to these slight variations. We encourage you to order a sample of our products before placing your imprinting order. Our samples are representative of the items we sell. They too may vary slightly in color, dimensions, and function from your actual imprinted items. Please contact your representative for instructions before returning any items. For safety and health reasons, food and food-related items are not returnable unless there is an imprinting error as described above. Refunds can only be issued in the same method of payment and/or credit card used to purchase your order. Your check to us must clear before we can issue a refund to you. We do not accept exchanges.
Project or team names, logos, slogans, dates, people's names, and more can be imprinted on many of the items we sell. Imprints make your gift even more memorable!
We can typeset your project or team name or slogan in straight text for you. We use common fonts that are appealing on our products. Let us know if you want us to do this for you. A nomimal charge may apply, depending on the item you order.
If you have a project or team logo or graphic, we can imprint that too. Each item we sell has specific requirements for the resolution, size, colors, and file format of your artwork in order for it to be imprinted. But don’t fret – send us what you’ve got! If it doesn’t meet the requirements, we can fix it for you – often at a nominal cost. If you order a custom imprinted item, send us your logo or other artwork to email@example.com. We’ll let you know if it doesn’t meet the specifications for the particular item you ordered.
In general, it’s best if your artwork is 300dpi or higher vector art and saved in the file format of .ai, .eps, or .cdr.
Before we print your order, we’ll send you a proof so you can review the artwork. We must receive your written (fax or email) approval of the proof before we release your order for production. For some orders we may require you to approve a physical sample before we release your order for production. This process may increase the turnaround time of your order, but it’s a sound risk management procedure for you and us.
Orders involving imprinting or other customization may involve additional charges for artwork rendering, set-up of imprinting equipment, multiple or custom colors, and production overruns. We’ll discuss these possible costs with you when you place your order and before we release the order to production.
By submitting your project or team name, slogan, logo, or artwork to us, you as the customer represent that the use or display of the words or image will not violate any copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws. You agree to defend and hold Promomento.com, ClearLaunch Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, damage, attorney’s fees and costs, or other costs in any infringement action that results from us printing the words or image.
Our website may contain artwork, designs, logos, or other trademarked items that are owned by companies other than Promomento.com and ClearLaunch Consulting LLC. The use of these items on our site is not intended as an endorsement of Promomento.com or ClearLaunch Consulting LLC by these companies. These images are used merely as a demonstration of the products and customization features available from Promomento.com and ClearLaunch Consulting LLC. These products are not offered for sale.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit the service we provide for any reason at any time at our discretion to any persons or organizations who contact us via phone, email, fax, or an online contact form. We reserve this right for reasons including but not limited to inquiries that appear in our judgment to be for illegitimate business purposes. The food products we sell are intended for enjoyment by people of all ages. Unless otherwise noted, the other products we sell may not be suitable for or intended for use by children under age 13. If you are purchasing a product from us that is intended for use by children under age 13, please let us know. We will work with you to ensure its suitability for the children who will be receiving it. If you would like more information about our products and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, please let us know.
You understand that our website site cannot and does not guarantee that the Site will be free of infection from viruses or other computer infections that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures (anti-virus software, etc.) and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order turn-around time depends on the item ordered and whether any customization (like imprinting) was requested. If you need an order by a certain date, please let us know so we ensure it arrives on time.
Why am I unable to order certain items online?
We need to place the order for you on certain items to ensure that you get the best service and the deal on price and order quantity. For custom items with imprinted logos, we need to review your artwork in advance to ensure it meets specifications for imprinting. If you find an item online and are not able to place the order, please contact our Sales Department so we can place the order for you.
Can I get my project logo imprinted on a product?
Yes, we can imprint your project’s or team’s name, logo, motto, or slogan on many of our items. See our section on Custom Imprinting for more information.
I found the item I want on your website, but it says I have to order a higher quantity than I need. Can I buy less?
The products shown on our website can only be sold in the Minimum Order Quantities listed. However, we may be able to find you a similar product that is available in a smaller quantity. Let us know which item you want and we’ll work with you to try to meet your needs.
I’d like to talk with you outside of your posted business hours. Is that possible?

Do you ship orders outside the U.S?

Will you donate products to my event?
Promomento works with vendors and imprinters across the U.S. to produce orders based on our customers' specific requirements. Because we produce each order to meet our customers' specific needs, we do not carry inventory. For that reason, we do not have products available for donation.
