How to Order We want your experience with us to be a great one! We offer a few different ways to find the perfect gift. Call us. Creativity and service are two of our hallmarks. Our standard method of doing business is one-on-one contact. Call us and we can discuss your requirements and provide ideas over the phone.
Fill out our Form. Fill out and submit our Free Gift Ideas form. We’ll search our extensive product resources then we’ll contact you with suggestions and ideas.
Browse. Our website shows some of the products we carry, so you can browse our website to get some ideas. If you find exactly what you need, and you prefer self-service, you can place an order online. But our website shows only a small sampling of all the products we carry. If you don't find what you need on our site, give us a call. We'll give you free gift ideas and find the best gift for you. Our Ordering Process We make giving great gifts easy. With our ordering process you save time, save energy, and get great gift ideas. This one-page document explains our Ordering Process. Shipping Our standard shipping method in the U.S. is Fedex Ground. For Canadian orders we ship via the best method for affordability and on-time arrival. For these items, we will adjust your shipping charges after you place your order. For a pre-order shipping quote, please contact us. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for special shipping arrangements. After collecting some information about your needs, we’ll search our extensive product resources and offer suggestions that will fit your budget. Once you’ve selected your items, we can help you plan the best way to present them. A well-planned delivery will maximize the benefits of your gift.
Pricing and Minimum Order Quantities We do our best to keep our prices and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) synchronized with those of our vendors. Occasionally there may be a delay between a vendor price or quantity adjustment and the update to our website. We will notify you before we finalize your order if a Price or Minimum Order Quantity has changed. We make every attempt to honor the prices and quantities listed on our website.
The Minimum Order Quantity for each of our products may be lower than what you see listed, because of deals we can negotiate with our vendors. If you need less than the posted Minimum Order Quantity, let us know and we’ll work with our vendors to try to meet your needs. We can also suggest similar products that may meet your needs.
Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We will also consider your request to accept a check or to extend credit for your purchase, for Commercial accounts only. If your organization requires a Purchase Order, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll need to know your organization’s specific requirements for Purchase Orders.
Sales Tax Sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders shipped or delivered to a Connecticut address. Sales tax will also be added to orders shipped to a California address for certain items. Please contact us for more information.
Special Offers We periodically post sales and special offers on our website and in our newsletter. If we do not provide an expiration date along with the posting, then we reserve the right to end the sale at any time at our discretion.
Changing or Canceling an Order If you are uncertain about any aspect of your order, please let us help you address it before your order is placed. Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. Please contact us right away if you need to make changes to it. We will do our best to accommodate any changes. However, once your order is placed, it may not be possible for us to change it or to cancel it. If changes or cancellations are not possible, it may or may not be possible for you to return the item after it ships. Please see our Return Policy. If any customization or imprinting has begun, it is typically not possible to change or cancel your order. Returns are not accepted on most customized or imprinted items. Please see our Return Policy.
Return Policy If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return items. If you do not contact our Customer Service Department in advance of returning an item, we may not be able to accept your return or issue a refund. For safety and health reasons, food and food-related items are not returnable.
For some items there is a restocking fee. We can provide more information when you call us. The cost to ship an item to you, or for you to return it to us, is not refundable.
Refunds can only be issued to the same method of payment used to purchase the order. Credit card refunds must be made on the same credit card that was used to purchase the order. Your check to us must clear before we can issue a refund to you.
We do not offer exchanges.
Returns are not accepted on customized or imprinted items, unless ClearLaunch Consulting LLC and Promomento.com or its vendors made an error with the customization and imprinting. If you find an error on your item, please contact us immediately.
Custom Imprinting and Artwork Project or team names, logos, or slogans can be imprinted on many of the items we sell. Imprints make your gift even more memorable! We can typeset your project or team name or slogan in straight text for you. We use common fonts that are appealing on our products. Let us know if you want us to do this for you. A nomimal charge may apply, depending on the item you order. If you have a project or team logo or graphic, we can imprint that too. Each item we sell has specific requirements for the resolution, size, colors, and file format of your artwork in order for it to be imprinted. But don’t fret – send us what you’ve got! If it doesn’t meet the requirements, we can fix it for you – often at a nominal cost. If you order a custom imprinted item, send us your logo or other artwork to artwork@promomento.com. We’ll let you know if it doesn’t meet the specifications for the particular item you ordered.
In general, it’s best if your artwork is 300dpi or higher and saved in the file format of .ai, .eps, or .cdr.
Before we print your order, we’ll send you a proof so you can review the artwork. We must receive your written (fax or email) approval of the proof before we release your order for production. For some orders we may require you to approve a physical sample before we release your order for production. This process may increase the turnaround time of your order, but it’s a sound risk management procedure for you and us.
Possible Additional Charges Orders involving imprinting or other customization may involve additional charges for artwork rendering, set-up of imprinting equipment, multiple or custom colors, and production overruns. We’ll discuss these possible costs with you when you place your order and before we release the order to production.
Trademarks By submitting your project or team name, slogan, logo, or artwork to us, you as the customer represent that the use or display of the words or image will not violate any copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws. You agree to defend and hold Promomento.com, ClearLaunch Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, damage, attorney’s fees and costs, or other costs in any infringement action that results from us printing the words or image.
Our website may contain artwork, designs, logos, or other trademarked items that are owned by companies other than Promomento.com and ClearLaunch Consulting LLC. The use of these items on our site is not intended as an endorsement of Promomento.com or ClearLaunch Consulting LLC by these companies. These images are used merely as a demonstration of the products and customization features available from Promomento.com and ClearLaunch Consulting LLC. These products are not offered for sale. Right to Refuse or Limit Service We reserve the right to refuse or limit the service we provide for any reason at any time at our discretion to any persons or organizations who contact us via phone, email, fax, or an online contact form. FAQHow long will it take for my order to arrive? Order turn-around time depends on the item ordered and whether any customization (like imprinting) was requested. If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know so we can work with you to ensure it will be ready on time. Why am I unable to order certain items online?
We need to place the order for you on certain items to ensure that you get the best service and the deal on price and order quantity. For custom items with imprinted logos, we need to review your artwork in advance to ensure it meets specifications for imprinting. If you find an item online and are not able to place the order, please contact our Sales Department so we can place the order for you.
Can I get my project logo imprinted on a product? Yes, we can imprint your project’s or team’s name, logo, motto, or slogan on many of our items. See our section on Custom Imprinting for more information.
I found the item I want on your website, but it says I have to order a higher quantity than I need. Can I buy less? Sometimes we can sell you less than the posted minimum amount. Let us know which item you want and we’ll work with you to try to meet your needs.
I’d like to talk with you outside of your posted business hours. Is that possible? Yes, we aim to provide great customer service. We schedule appointments outside of our posted business hours. Please contact us at 1-877-628-4646 for an appointment.
Do you ship orders outside the U.S? We ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you need an order shipped elsewhere, please give us a call and we'll do our best to help you out.
